1. SEAT AND SCOPE OF WORK
GRANTEX S.A. is located in the Municipality of Aigaleo, Attica, on the street Terma Orfeos and has as its object of work the production of friction materials and marketing of automotive spare parts.
2. LAWFUL PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
GRANTEX S.A., in compliance with the provisions of the European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU 2016/679) and the relevant Greek legislation (Law 2472/1997 as amended and in force), manages the Personal Data disclosed to it with the utmost care, ensuring, in all cases, their protection and privacy. In order to ensure the confidentiality and security of Personal Data, GRANTEX S.A. has taken all the necessary organizational and technical measures, drawing up internal security policies, using appropriate electronic means, informing and properly training its staff. 3. PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO PROCESSING
GRANTEX S.A. collects and processes Personal Data, i.e. information relating to a natural person who is identified or can be identified from this information, regardless of whether the identification can be carried out directly or indirectly. Processing of such data means any operation carried out in relation to such data, whether or not by automated means.
Personal Data includes, for example, information such as name, home address, email address or telephone number. In addition, during a visit to the GRANTEX S.A. website further data is automatically collected for technical reasons, such as:

This technical information may, in individual cases, constitute personal data. 4. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
GRANTEX S.A. collects, processes and uses the Personal Data concerning you mainly when you visit the company’s websites, when you register on them, when you log in to an existing customer account or when you order products through the website. The processing of Personal Data is carried out, as the case may be, in accordance with the applicable legislation and this privacy policy, or in accordance with the consent given by you. In some cases, data is used only in pseudonymous or anonymous form.
4.1 Registration, login and ordering
When you register and are logged in, when you place an order or when you are logged in and attempt to place an order but do not complete it, we collect, process and use the personal data and information you provide to us within the framework of applicable personal data protection legislation. GRANTEX S.A. may transfer these data to its affiliated companies within the European Union, which will process the data on behalf of GRANTEX S.A., as processors, solely for the purposes mentioned in clause 3. When transmitting the data, GRANTEX S.A. shall take all necessary measures to ensure the highest possible level of security.
GRANTEX S.A. undertakes that these companies provide the necessary safeguards for the protection of Personal Data and take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that the processing is lawful and to ensure the protection of Personal Data and the rights of the natural persons concerned. GRANTEX S.A. declares that it has signed contracts with these companies in advance, which include conditions relating to the adoption of security measures by these companies and the monitoring of these measures by GRANTEX S.A.

GRANTEX S.A. handles your requests with due care in order to ensure the security of your data and the protection of your rights. For this reason, in case of doubt as to the person requesting the disclosure of Personal Data, we may ask you for additional information necessary to confirm your identity.
In case GRANTEX S.A. is unable, due to a large number of similar requests, to satisfy your request immediately, it will inform you as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of one month from the submission of the request. the progress of the request and the reason for any delay in its satisfaction. If your requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive nature, GRANTEX S.A. may either impose a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or of communicating or carrying out the requested action, or refuse to comply with the request.
In the event of a breach of your data and if this breach may put your rights and freedoms at high risk and provided that it does not fall within one of the exceptions expressly provided by law, GRANTEX S.A. undertakes to inform you without undue delay.
