GRANTEX acknowledges the critical importance of environmental protection and has implemented a comprehensive Environmental Management System in compliance with the ISO 14001:2015 standard.
This system ensures that the company’s processes are more environmentally friendly, thereby reducing its ecological footprint.
Simultaneously, the company encourages its customers-repair shops to utilize licensed waste management services for the disposal of used friction materials after their lifecycle ends.

Within this framework, the company’s management is dedicated to:

  • Define the environmental performance criteria for each process.
  • Operate in accordance with applicable environmental laws and regulations.
  • Develop operational procedures aimed at preventing environmental pollution.
  • Offer products that do not contain prohibited substances.
  • Continuously enhance the level of environmental protection through specific goals and programs, minimizing waste from operational activities, promoting recycling and reuse and ensuring the safe transportation and disposal of waste.
  • Provide information regarding environmental performance to employees and all relevant stakeholders.
  • Minimize the likelihood of environmental accidents, while being prepared to manage any pollution that may result from such incidents.
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to help them develop similar environmental protection practices.
  • Promote appropriate training for staff to ensure compliance with the commitments outlined in this environmental policy.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

GRANTEX’s social responsibility focuses on people, with the aim of promoting well-being and cohesion within the communities where it operates.
More specifically, the company aims to:

  • Support diversity, inclusion, and equality, ensuring a fair workplace where all individuals coexist harmoniously, free from discrimination.
  • Actively support communities, including charitable organizations that assist vulnerable social groups. More specifically, they support ELEPAP for the rehabilitation of children with mobility impairments and developmental challenges, ELPIDA Association of Friends of Children with cancer, and the Medecins du Monde who provide medical services to marginalized populations lacking access to healthcare.
  • Continuously train and develop its employees’ skills, encouraging their professional growth and enhancing their job satisfaction.
